First National Bank’s "First To Give" campaign centers around our strong belief in the importance of community involvement, giving back, and helping others.
Our employees have always been committed to community support, so this initiative was created to bring additional concentration to our dedication. Employees are divided into teams, which allows us to work together to address needs in the areas of education, health, community renewal, and other ways to help make our communities stronger.
Each year we set new goals, and the teams work to reach the goals through different service projects throughout the year. This allows individual employees to champion their own favorite causes with the support of their team members.
The "First To Give" campaign is strictly voluntary. Employees are not compensated for their additional time, nor reimbursed for expenses. The giving comes from our hearts! You will recognize our volunteers in the community by our jade green First To Give “Volunteer” t-shirts.
